Payments
All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard or online payment methods.
Payments cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 7 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Once your order is ready to dispatched, we will send you a confirmation details with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly with the courier’s website. The standard delivery time generally 3-5 working days for west malaysia, and 5-7 days for east malaysia.

Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing with our product. In order to be eligible for a return/refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days after package was received. The product must be in the same condition that you received and undamaged in any way. After our store received your return package, our team will inspect the package and may take up to 7-14 days to refund/return to you. If refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment account used during the purchasing. If the product is damage in any way or your return passed 7 calendar days, you are not eligible for a refund.
